1. Food is best consumed within 2 hours.
2. We provide disposable plates, forks, spoon, napkins and trash bag.
3. Delivery charge is applicable.
– An additional $20 will be charged for venues without lift landing or parking lots.
– An additional $20 will be charged for delivery to CBD areas and shopping areas.
– Buffet at any landed property will be set up on ground levels. Extra charges will be applicable for setting the buffet on other levels of the landed property.
4. Amendment of dishes must made (4) days before the delivery date.
5. We accept cash or cheque payments to YLS Catering Pte Ltd.
6. All prices are subjected to GST. All items are subject to availability. Delivery time allowance: approx. 30 mins before or after the stated time.
7. Any changes in order, please call us. DO NOT email or fax us.
It is advised not to cancel the order upon confirmation. In the event that you have to cancel, the following are the cancellation fees:
1. Cancellation of order after confirmation: 30% of total value
2. Cancellation of order on the delivery date: 70% of the total value
